Assessment Processes

Schedule Assessment
This entails a determination of the employees to be assessed. It also involves a decision on the units, sections, departments or divisions in which the assessment will take place. The level of assessment (i.e. 90, 180 or 360 degrees) and duration will be specified at this stage.
Assign Employees
Employees are assigned to take the assessment, in line with pre-defined parameters. It is at this stage that the assessors are selected and assigned to those to be assessed.
Carry Out Assessment
An employee can either assess him/herself, together with his/her supervisor, or be assessed by peers and/or direct reports, based on pre-established competencies, related to his/her job role. At this stage, the employee will assess his/her competencies against the agreed benchmark, within the specified duration.
Generate Reports
At the completion of the assessment, a report, showing each employee’s competency levels, is automatically generated. The report can be exported to either an Excel or PDF format.
